PATIENT AND CAREGIVER SUPPORTTM is a patient-guided resource and support center dedicated to providing CARE (Connections, Assistance, Resources and Encouragement) for patients, caregivers, spouses and families during all stages of health care: diagnosis, information gathering and processing, decision making and planning, treatment and post-treatment.
Our purpose is not to "re-invent" assistance, but to provide practical and meaningful support and useful tools that can help patients and their caregivers better understand, follow and participate in the health care process so that they might continue to have positive expectations and the best possible experience and outcomes throughout their health care journey.
